summary

Here's what I would tell my mom:
Summary:
Audi and ACNA were far from related. ACNA was suffering a high
turnover rate and we wanted to know why? In the beginning we didn't
know what to expect, we were given ACNA material to examine and
evaluate. Immediately the brand of Audi was not present with the look
tone and feel with the ACNA. After speaking with Karen Chadwick and
Dean, the problems that they faced became our objective? How can we
increase membership? So we dug deep trying to find every bit and
piece of info? ACNA was broken down into chapters and each chapter
had a leader. Some chapter leaders had built strong relationship with
dealers while others didn't. That was a major concern because after
buying the car from the dealership was the only time the consumer
became aware of ACNA. This probed a big challenge for the our team,
why is there not a established relationship amongst all dealers? In
order to answer some of these questions we created and conducted a
questionnaire/survey to:(I don't remember all the groups). Through
these questionnaires we found out why some consumers join, don't join
or stop suscribing. From their responses we formulated a plans book(I
don't know if that's correct, suggestions) with reccommendations that
will allow you (ACNA) to understand how to increase membership!
